Amazing Response Time

I have been residing at this community since August and have noticed that whether it is maintenance or the office or updates about a community matter the whole teams responds in a very swift manner. They do so with courtesy and words seasoned with salt that make me feel like they really want to help me. Big shout out to Raul for fixing my washing machine and coming in on a Sunday to do it, he was a model of service and I am very grateful. Thanks Raul!

Excellent customer service

My family and I are very pleased and happy with this community and the people who work at such a prestigious place like Cortland Seven Meadows. Miss Ashley and Wanna are excellent professionals at their job and treated us like royalty thanks to their dedication and support. 5 stars for Miss Ashley and Wanna and all their staff.

Great Staff Wonderful Maintenance Crew

Staff is friendly and accommodating. When our son needed to move out the staff was helpful in transferring my wife and I to another unit. Always feel welcome when in the office. Maintenance men friendly and prompt. Complex feels safe with many families out in the evening. We renewed our lease for our fourth year.

Highly recommend!

Cortland Seven Meadows is amazing! I love the amenities. Also the fun family events that they do create such an amazing community. The apartments themselves are nice and clean. We got a tour from Timothy Carter and we highly recommend him. This place felt like home before we even signed the lease. 10/10 recommend!
