What a welcome home

I lived here before and loved it! After moving out of state I am glad to say I’m moving “home” literally . Alisha’s has been outstanding and above and beyond helpful to help me get back home to Sugarland Cortland . Great Property!

Beautiful landscaping,pool and grounds! Apartments are big and up to date with features and amenities. John goes above and beyond to service the residents and their needs. Highly recommend!

Great apartments

The staff are what make the property great to live at. The maintenance team is excellent as well, John often shows up within hours of putting in a ticket

Love This Place

I found out about Cortland Sugarland, when a friend of mine moved in here. Eventually, I found a townhome I like, and moved in a month ago. I am very pleased with my new abode, and office and grounds management are about the best I’ve ever encountered. For anyone who is looking for a quiet place with all the amenities, I highly recommend touring the townhomes here.
