Definitely no longer recommend Chisholm Place Apts. Have been a resident here for over 7 years. The current management is the poorest I have ever seen. If you like waiting 2-3 weeks to get appliances changed out and then with the lowest quality reinstalled, or inadequate parking that you now can pay a $25 per month surcharge for to keep from having to vie for parking with other residents,their guests and God knows who else is parking here. Or maybe you will enjoy having your air conditioner out... for 5 days in 100 degree temperatures only to be told after repeatedly having to call the office to then discover they don't have adequate parts on hand or spare units to replace known aged units.
If you like being treated slum tenant then this place is for you, but not for me.
