Lived here for 7 months and I love these apartments. The property is right by a trail so I love the convenience of being able to get exercise and go to the store with Whole Foods around the corner. Great location.

Everything is broken. Limited information about community events, ETAs on items that need fixing, gate broken for weeks on end. The general vibe is very unwelcoming nor matching the luxury apartment price we pay.

My actual apartment is nice, I like the layout of the unit and the location to the trails.
Landscaping around the property is very poor and not maintained well. Doors and gates are always broken or propped open, making the buildings unsafe.
Neighbors are loud and throw parties during quiet hours - when I emailed the office about it, I received no response back. They close maintenance requests in my portal without completing the work or communicating anything to me.
The pool area needs a deep... cleaning - seat cushions/chairs/etc are SO dirty, it made me not want to use the amenities I pay an arm and a leg for during the summer which was disappointing.
