It's a great community to live in. The most obvious is the location. However, the village needs to improve the consistency of cleaning the hallway floors.

Artessa at Quarry Village is in a very nice location that is accessible to the highway, airport, shopping, dining, golf and other forms of recreation.
Artessa @ Quarry Village has tremendous potential to be a luxury apartment residence when it is effectively maintained and properly secured.

Artessa is a very friendly, clean and well maintained complex. The location is extremely convenient, the amenities are great, the price is reasonable, and the staff work hard to keep the community a great place to live. Thanks for all the effort!

Nice community, building, and location. Very poor leasing experience and unit condition upon move in. Has been much more difficult than it should be to fix these issues as well.
