Apartments are old. Very less number of maintenance staff. so tickets were addressed late. Eventhough apartments are old the rent will be increased every year.

i love it here, it’s older but has a home-like feeling. the front office staff are super nice and helpful. i like that i’m around everything in the city but away from the highway and don’t hear lots of cars and the hum of traffic.

all good so far, ceiling has now stain which people are working on to fix. school and stores are near by.
Community is peaceful but more security is needed

Affordable housing with loaded amenities.
Having in unit Washer Dryer is so convenient. Lot of trees.
