The worst customer service
They never answer the phones. When they do, Megan is rude and doesn’t want to answer questions. Just the worst possible team to have in the front! Y’all should get new staff

Today I reached out to the properties to Inquire about the apartments. I spoke to Ruben and he was so pleasant. Ruben was patient, thorough , and he went above and beyond to help answer all my questions and get me approved . A lot of people have forgotten about the meaning of customer service and customer experience, not Ruben. I walked away feeling hopeful and informed. Thanks Ruben????

Stayed here for 2 years the people in the office didn’t want to open the doors and acted as if they wasn’t in the office. People were breaking into cars nonstop and they had no cameras. Their just horrible, you have been warned!

Pros:
1. Quiet, peaceful and small apartment complex with only 8 blocks which are well spaced out.
2. Each apartment has a computer library / study area which is the USP of The Trestles.
3. Lot of well-maintained green space in the apartment complex which is very rare to find. I feel this is the best thing about The Trestles as most apartment complexes try to maximize space utilization by building blocks close and thereby accommodating more units in turn leading to more revenue from rent.
4... . Great location - within 2 mile radius to grocery shops, Walmart, HEB, First Colony Mall, Oyster Creek Park and AMC Theatres. The Trestles is right next to the BAPS Swaminarayan temple which is an architectural marvel and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes.
5. An excellent Management Team very receptive to resident concerns and does it’s best to resolve issues at the earliest
6. Very prompt and responsive maintenance team which attends to service requests without making residents wait. The Resident Portal app is easy to use to lodge service requests.
7. Plenty of unreserved parking spaces available.
8. Decent sized well maintained Pet play area overlooking a small pond with lot of ducks
Cons:
1. There are no major complaints until now to list against The Trestles or the maintenance and management teams. The management does it’s best to keep the property tidy. The maintenance team goes around the complex every morning picking up any loose trash left in the parking lot and around the complex and attends to service calls promptly
The residents must co-operate with the management and contribute in keeping the cleanliness by cleaning up after their pets and not leaving loose trash around.
2. Having more dumpsters in the complex is required as sometimes, the dumpsters get filled up quickly and trash overflows.
