Billy and Jacob are very well mannered, kind and considerate to all tenants. They respond promptly and always willing to help when needed. I have lived here 15 years and this is the best crew this complex has ever had.

I have been with Granada Apt which was Meadowbrook for 3years. This is a great crime free complex with reasonable rent fees! No shootings like at some of the other apt in our neighborhood. They have done lots to improve the complex. We just had reconstruction which was adding a nice exercise room. We did have 2 pools but they decided to take fill in 1 and make it a golf playground for dogs but I do see adults practicing golf. They do their best to keep it clean. Most complexes that allows... animals outside don't care about what it smells like but Granada does. They have gone down hill since BH has taken over. Management is never there for you and they enter your apartment without the proper 24 hr notice. This is the theme with this company. Never renting with BH again. The previous owners were personable and worked with you. These people do not.

My personal experience could not be better. The studio apartment here is more than enough space for a single person. The location is great and with all the amenities it's easy to like it. Liz was very helpful with the application process.

I absolutely like there apartment , because all bills paid but light all the other bills are paid. And there cable free added with you stay. And the office crew are very nice the people that i live by are also nice, the maintenance team are respect as well. These are great place to live.
