Know what you're getting into
I feel a duty to warn people who are apartment-searching about the experience of living here. On the positive side, the maintenance staff is so friendly, helpful and quick. The location of the apartments is impeccable.
But I would not wish the experiences we've had here due to management on anyone. We've been dealing with noise issues for months, with loud parties, shouting, and thumping music going all night, until at least 5 in the morning. We cannot sleep at least three nights a week... because of other residents in our building. These concerns have been brushed off and we've even made to feel like it's our fault for being so bothered by it because they "haven't heard other complaints" (despite the fact that I was told months ago that they HAD heard many complaints about this exact issue). A resident being this disturbed should be reason enough to take it seriously, but they will not care, even if it involves another resident directly violating the terms of their lease (the quiet hours). Here at The Lofts, it's major miscommunication and total dismissal of resident needs at best, and straight-up gaslighting and lying at worst. If you think that being able to sleep at night in your apartment is reasonable, or you would at least like your concerns to be addressed and not brushed off, this isn't the place for you.
