Know what you're getting into

I feel a duty to warn people who are apartment-searching about the experience of living here. On the positive side, the maintenance staff is so friendly, helpful and quick. The location of the apartments is impeccable.

But I would not wish the experiences we've had here due to management on anyone. We've been dealing with noise issues for months, with loud parties, shouting, and thumping music going all night, until at least 5 in the morning. We cannot sleep at least three nights a week...
because of other residents in our building. These concerns have been brushed off and we've even made to feel like it's our fault for being so bothered by it because they "haven't heard other complaints" (despite the fact that I was told months ago that they HAD heard many complaints about this exact issue). A resident being this disturbed should be reason enough to take it seriously, but they will not care, even if it involves another resident directly violating the terms of their lease (the quiet hours). Here at The Lofts, it's major miscommunication and total dismissal of resident needs at best, and straight-up gaslighting and lying at worst. If you think that being able to sleep at night in your apartment is reasonable, or you would at least like your concerns to be addressed and not brushed off, this isn't the place for you.

Vehicle Wrongfully Towed

I called the office and stated that my car was registered, and I was waiting for the stickers in the mail. I was not contacted again to provide any information on the status of my vehicle before it was towed. My assumption was that there was no longer an issue. If I were to have been contacted again to provide my registration papers I could have easily done so.


The lease agreement I signed states that "All cars parked on the property grounds must be operable and legal. This means current...
registration is required." My registration was up to date, and my vehicle was operable. When I went into the office to ask why my car was towed, Cassandra said it was due to the lack of stickers on my vehicle. There is nowhere in the lease agreement that states I need to have up to date stickers, it only states that the vehicle needs to have current registration.

The bottom line is they do not abide by their written word, just a warning to anyone thinking of renting here.

Shady business practices

We always pay on time and keep the place clean. Management likes to tack on fees they can't explain, if you catch it they'll refund you... after jumping through hoops (multiple phone calls and showing them the contract). This happened more than once. The property and surrounding area are nice but we and most of our neighbors have had run-ins with management with these shady fees. They can also be callous and rude to work with especially at move out. Something uncalled for when we as tenants... have always fulfilled our obligations.

We love the Lofts

We love the spacious and modern furnishing look. It's close to the highway and a lot of things. We enjoyed our time living at the Lofts. The staff is professional and amazing. Toni came to the rescue when we needed after hour Maintenance. He was prompt and nice. I definitely recommend living at the Lofts, you won't be disappointed. My kids love it here.

Great apartment

Great apartment for young couple. Close to a lot of things and near highway. very modern furnishing, wood floor is a plus. Staff is professional and well trained. Pool is nice as well as gym. Heated hot tub year around. I would love to stay here
