Couldn’t ask for a better management and maintenance team!
I feel the studio unit that I’m in is over priced and a bit outdated.

Excellent place to live. High school next door, as well as a metro and bus station. You can walk to the shops. The community has ample parking, swimming pool, gym. Very clean and organized environment. maintenance is always up to date. The administrative team is very helpful and always ready to resolve any queries. It really was a very good find after researching and visiting other places to live.

Kaylee and the front office team are great. They helped me find the perfect unit and made the move nice and smooth. The property is located in a great area that's both quiet and convenient. Thank you!

We already made lots of memories at The Calo as a family, it’s also an outstanding and vibrant community to be living at! The proximity to schools, the Trax, great restaurants, malls and so much more, makes it even better! The Calo staff is the best, they’ll make you feel at home! We love living here!
