Fair enough for the price of the apartment. No crazy amenities. Common areas are not clean. Package lockers are not functioning so packages get lost. Very limited parking spaces

But maintenance people are good

I’ve seen so many rats running through the lower garage and it typically smells like trash. I know the staff is cleaning daily but they are still running through. We pay too much to have rats running through . Also, garage leaks fluid on the windshield.

Th apartments aren’t up to par. My dishwasher looks old. I don’t trust it to wash any dishes. Just disappointing

So far so good I'm loving the floors, it's quiet and the residents are friendly. I'm still in the process of moving in. Looking for new furniture and trying to figure out my color scheme.

So far my resident experience has been phenomenal. Staff has been so great and helpful during this move as well as leading up to the move. My maintenance requests have been answered in a timely manner. Everything has been a very pleasant experience to ensure my move has been as smooth and successful as it can be

The apartment is very nice although some things could use an update, like the bathroom, specifically the plumbing and faucets. The leasing office is very nice and responsive. Overall great place to live.
