Maintenance staff and the building office are both very easy to work with. Many super friendly people here like Alan, Thea. Mariano the engineer did a great job helping fix the heat pump for us. Very efficient and professional.

As a long-time resident, I have had need/opportunity to engage with management and service personnel on numerous occasions. I give them high grades in every meaningful category.

Love the luxury of the Bravern. The amenities, the cleanliness, and the special attention I receive. The most outstanding feature are the staff. They treat you like royalty. Always smiling, friendly, and courteous. They make me feel like extended family. Always helpful.

Of course it doesn't hurt when I have friends over, we walk past the Gucci, Prada, and Louis Vuitton shops. ??

I'm a long-term resident at the Bravern. My involvements with management and service personnel have been most satisfactory in every meaningful respect. My most recent service need was no exception - prompt, efficient and responsive service ( this time by Sam ).

The unit is uninhabitable due to the severe banging noise. I have raised the issue many times, but it hasn’t received enough attention or investigation. People say they will get back to me but lack follow-through. It has been a month, and I still live in the noise. It has affected my sleep, health, and work... and no solutions or alternatives provided for a month …
