Be carefull

Very dishonest management. After we moved out, they sent an invoice for replacing the entire carpet. Although we only stayed 1 year and left it clean. Having received a bill, I agreed with them on payment every month. Missed 1 payment and they sent me to a collection agency. My advice is to find better apartments where you will not be forced to pay extra money when you leave.

Beautiful, well-run complex

This attractive, well-run complex in a tranquil residential neighborhood in Edmonds has beautiful landscaping, with lots of trees and birds. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. My one-bedroom, second-floor apartment was newly renovated when I moved in last year. I was immediately impressed with the sunny, spacious rooms and intelligent layout. The balcony is perfect for hummingbird watching. Kelly, the manager, is readily available and always helpful, and she and Daniel in maintenance make... a great team. The complex has plenty of parking. I highly recommend Park 210.

Quiet and Convenient

Park 210 is a peaceful complex of about 80 units. I am happy living here thanks to the nice neighbors and the outstanding management. The property leasing team has recently changed, and the excellent tenant services continue. Park 210 and Epic Asset Management employ some of the most professional, respectful, and attentive staff I have experienced in my recent years as a tenant. The well-maintained premises offer a safe, clean, and enjoyable living space for residents.

The complex is... convenient to Highway 99, to roads leading to Interstate 5, to local bus routes and located just a few blocks from the Edmonds Park and Ride. The property is only a short drive to the Edmonds shores of the beautiful Puget Sound. Off-street parking is never a problem. Returning from my workday in the City of Seattle, I am very thankful for the apartment's cozy balcony. It is a calming place to relax and unwind. Without hesitation, I would recommend living at Park 210 to anyone in search of a convenient, quiet place to live.
