Never working amenities and will charge you on move out ridiculous fees for their upgrades !
DO NOT rent from this place. They will charge you a ton when you move out! Also the amenities are never working or open. I lived there for a year and a half. The pools were NEVER open even during the winter when that was the whole reason I rented here. At one point during the summer all 5 pools/spas were closed and so was thee bbq pits. The carpet is super old and crusty in the bedroom. But, they charged me to replace it. By the way they also took a $250 non refundable pet deposit. Although... there was no stains or smell they could have used that money for a carpet cleaning but instead charge me to replace the old stuff for an upgrade to the new tenant. I also had no scuff marks on the wall and cleaned it before I left. I had a few small holes in the wall where paintings were from nails and they charged me $250 for a total repaint. Which they do for every new tenet anyway and a cleaning fee. They also come up with an excuse to very 2-3 months to come in your home to check it out for “inspection” If you want to live in a neighborhood that you pay for amenities that are never available and charge you for upgrades so they don’t have to. Then this neighborhood is the place for you.
