so far I only have positive experiences
Only complaint while moving in the entire apartment smelled funky. We had to open all the windows to the air out for a few hours.

It’s a decent place to live. The office staff and maintenance people are very responsive. Apartment is in nice condition. Very noisy bathroom fans, you can hear your neighbor’s fans through the walls and floor. Trash areas are always a mess and overflowing, the complex has a problem with illegal dumpers and litterbugs that toss garbage on the ground all over the place.

We understand your concerns regarding the noisy bathroom fans and the trash areas.... While the fans are designed for ventilation, we recognize they may sometimes be disruptive, and we will make a note of this for future improvements. Regarding the trash areas, there was a time when our trash compactor was broken, which unfortunately caused the trash areas to fall below our usual standards. We are happy to share that the compactor has been repaired, and we are back to maintaining the area as expected.

We are also aware of the ongoing challenges caused by illegal dumping and littering and are actively working on solutions to address this issue. Your patience and understanding mean a lot as we work to keep the community clean and welcoming for everyone.

If you have any additional concerns or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We're always here to help and ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible.

We lived in so many properties, never had this worst experience that we are having here. Management is worst. Leasing professionals and leasing manager they have 0 professionalism. 0 customer service.
You tell them your problem they don’t care. Our apartment doesn’t get sunlight, and we need bigger space, we asked them so many times, can we transfer lease to different apartment because we have a new born baby and our apartment is cold. They do not care and say sorry we can’t do anything you... have to break the lease which is something new that you can’t transfer your lease. Even my wife is greystar employee but the managers do not care. But yeah they do all that for people working and living on the property. Then I referred my brother and friend and it’s been 6 months I am waiting for my referral bonus. And sometimes office make mistakes and sometimes I do not know but we are still waiting and Calling them for just 600.

Great apartment, clean grounds, helpful staff. Facilities are nice. Rent is reasonable for the economy. Parking may be an issue with being waitlisted for a second spot and minimal open/free spots.

Nice units, good experience overall but not enough parking. Construction projects recently started along 35th Ave W and will not be done anytime soon...causing traffic which will only get worse
