As a new immigrant, he navigated to overcome challenges and obtained his licensure as a real estate broker while working a full-time job. Peter began his journey as a real estate entrepreneur and professional in California in 2015 with ReMax Commercial Real Estate. During his time with ReMax, Peter has led his team to successfully achieve the distinction of securing the largest commercial real estate transaction in Orange County, CA in 2020. Their outstanding performance was also awarded as ReMax Orange County Regional, ReMax First, and ReMax Overall California Regional as third-ranked in awards. Despite these achievements, Peter is always actively pursuing opportunities to expand his business, broaden his client base, and enhance his industry network. With his passion in the real estate industry and enhancing his professional standing, Peter Wang pursued advanced studies at Cornell University, specializing in real estate with a focus on real estate Investment, development, and asset management. Peter is a member of The Cornell Hotel Society.
