Beautiful apartments, quiet, well maintained landscape with beautiful swimming pool, barbeque, gym and play equipment and a very helpful, caring staff.

It is wonderful here, very peaceful and relaxing. The staff and maintenance are always super helpful and friendly, I really appreciate them. I also really enjoy the landscaping and amenities like the doggy wash. Thank you!

Tha Artisan community is just where I should be. Moving from large home to an apartment has been an adjustment, but it it didn’t take long to feel at home. My unit is more like a little cottage than an apartment. Great ambiance, neighbors and especially the staff in charge of keeping the Artisan immaculate, running smoothly and so friendly. They really care about you.

Always recommend this building to everyone that we know who is looking. It can be a bit pricey compared to other options but we have seen the difference… and let me tell you that the price difference is more than justified!! Management is always helpful, maintenance is super on top of things, amenities are nice, and of course the comfortable and well-designed living spaces. It is also situated in a safe community with a 24/7 Safeway… we are never fearful when walking around (day or night). The... only reason to want to leave is if you’re looking for a larger space for multi-family living or to own your own property… otherwise, this is a great forever home.
