The staff has been super communicative and helpful! The apartments and amenities are clean, spacious and well maintained. Parking is a huge plus!!

Feeling very grateful and excited for this new home at the Artisan. I love my apartment and the setup of the whole complex. I do wish the space had been cleaned in more detail and that appliances had been checked better before I moved in but I am happy to be starting out in Petaluma here! Love the space and the heating and the gas oven and the open kitchen layout!

I’ve only been here 3 weeks but I love it. It’s very peaceful and everyone is friendly. The office and maintenance staff go above & beyond to help. All the amenities are amazing too ??

I love the Artisan. The community is beautiful and wonderfully managed and maintained. The people who work here are what make this place special. Jacqueline, Alexandr, Horacio, and Allen are wonderful people.

The Artisan is a wonderful place to live. The staff is easily available to provide helpful information and prompt service when it is appropriately needed.The apartments are comfortably designed and quiet, The beautiful grounds are well maintained as is the swimming pool and exercise equipment. The Artisan is conveniently located for shopping. There could be more parking space for visitors.
