Moving in to Civic Square was such a great experience! The tours were handled efficiently and we felt very welcome during our initial visit. Our tour guide and leasing agent made sure to provide us with the necessary information, and were also great at communication. Really wonderful hospitality.

Moved into complex in July of 2024, the 6 months have been pleasant. Have not lived in an apartment for over 30 years, what is strange, we travelled the United States in our RV for 23 years, and after we sold our home, we stayed in an apartment for 3 months prior to hitting the road, IT WAS HERE!! Full circle.

Worst apartment complex to live in

Worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. Dont live here! Management always giving you the run around . they say they want to help but they don’t trust me. The place is dirty and the buildings are squeaky and loud. If you unfortunately have to live here I advise you to live upstairs and you be the one to bother instead of getting bothered lol people are inconsiderate anyways. I chose to live downstairs thinking I have a dog and a baby on the way its best so that we dont disrupt our upstairs... neighbors lmao! such bad call. there are multiple families living in one apartment and make noise at different hours of time. also, I swear to you im not making this up, there are guys that pee almost right at your door! yes! guys peeing outside the apartment its outragious. thankfully my contract is almost over and then were out of here thank god.
