Civic Square Apartments

Made an appointment for tour because they couldn't accept walk ins. Came to appointment. The door was locked. I called and left a message. I could see someone sitting at the leasing desk (without a client) and I'm sure they could see me too. They didn't come to the door, they didnt open the door, they didnt pick up the phone call, or call me back.- All this with a scheduled appointment. I waited 20 minutes with no response, while someone was in the office the whole time with the door locked.

I have been living for 8 years never have any issue at all.

Unfortunately, after the maintenance crew completed the job, my bathroom was left in a deplorable condition. The floor was flooded with toilet water, which is both unsanitary and disgusting. Not only was the bathroom left in a state of utter disarray, but my personal belongings, including my weight scale, kids' bath toys, trash can, and other items on the floor, were soaked in toilet water. This is absolutely unacceptable, and the mess left behind was both hazardous and inexcusable.

I had to... spend hours late into the night sanitizing and drying the bathroom floor to make it safe for use. As you can imagine, this was especially inconvenient and stressful for my family, as we only have one bathroom in our home and had no other options available. Moving in to Civic Square was such a great experience! The tours were handled efficiently and we felt very welcome during our initial visit. Our tour guide and leasing agent made sure to provide us with the necessary information, and were also great at communication. Really wonderful hospitality.

Moved into complex in July of 2024, the 6 months have been pleasant. Have not lived in an apartment for over 30 years, what is strange, we travelled the United States in our RV for 23 years, and after we sold our home, we stayed in an apartment for 3 months prior to hitting the road, IT WAS HERE!! Full circle.
