I enjoy living here. The landscaping is kept up and maintenance is completed in a timely time. Compliance to the rules is enforced. The staff has been very professional and kind.

Maintenance is quick and the office responds to emails or calls quickly. Makes it easy as a tenant when you need something. I also like the proximity to the shopping centers.

I have been living at VG for over two years now and I just signed onto another lease. My fiance and I have really enjoyed living here. We love that our unit has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and AC! We have been through many different members of staff in the property management office, but Brandy, David, and the rest of the crew are absolutely incredible. Brandy has been a dream. She takes her job seriously and she really cares about the residence comfort. My only frustration is our... overflowing trash. I have seen unhoused folks rummaging through and making a mess. But some residence are far worse. I think the trash area needs to be locked so that the public doesn't have access and each unit should get one key with a one time purchase for said key. I used to work in property management and that helped in these situations.

I do have a trash sorting service who helps us with cross contamination and hauling large dumped items off the property.
