I love that the community offers everything in one place; it’s a fantastic location. The apartments are very nice inside, featuring plenty of outdoor lighting. They stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I really enjoy the amenities, and I appreciate that food trucks come by a couple of times a week or month. The staff is great and very welcoming. In my opinion, this is a wonderful place to live.

As a long time resident at Cortland 2534, I recommend it highly! We have lived here since 2019 and have no interest in living in another apartment community. There is no better management team than there is here. In fact, I’m pretty sure there is no management team that is even equal to the one at Cortland 2534. It is what sets this apartment complex apart in my opinion. 5 stars!

Maintenance has always provided excellent service. Many times going above and beyond expectations
My complaint is about the appearance of the apartment foyers. It does not look like a high end apartment building. Everyone that is a visitor to my apartment comments about the impression it gives and say they would not live here -and often comment on the lack of security with the doors not having locks.
