The apartment is great. I really like the layout of the apartment; there is a lot of storage space. The lighting is great as well. The floor to ceiling windows are a great feature as well.

Living here has been great, the concierge are all wonderful and the staff is very responsive when it comes to any amenity work. I feel very safe in this building I would definitely recommend it

Absolutely terrible experience. I will be leaving the building as soon as possible. The mail system is absolutely terrible, the floors have gaps, the elevators are terrible, and the worst of all the General Manager seems to be not only incompetent but careless about tenants problems. The worst building I have ever lived in and I truly regret signing a lease especially for 18 months.

Concierge and maintenance are great but otherwise the management has been terrible the past several months. Very disappointed because we really loved this building our first year here.
