No issues at the moment entirely happy I get along with my neighbors and issues with service tickets but only one issue that doggie park some residents don't scoop after there dogs so I think that management should put up a notice to scoop after pooping because it's not good for other dogs to sniff

I’ve been living at Jefferson Marketplace for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The amenities here are top-notch, making everyday life so much more convenient. The fitness center is well-equipped, the shared spaces are always clean and inviting, and the little extras—like package lockers and secure access—make a big difference. The staff is also fantastic. They’re friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything you need, which really adds to the... sense of community.

The location is another huge plus. It’s close to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation, so getting around is easy. The building itself is well-maintained, and I’ve never had any major issues. It’s clear that the management cares about keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, Jefferson Marketplace is a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient home.

Great amenities and the staff is friendly. However, the walls are pretty thin so you’ll hear your noisy neighbors. The gym is nice to use and the pool is awesome during the summer. Overall, it’s a decent experience for apartment living in an average neighborhood.

Overall fine building to live in. Area isn't ideal, they have been relatively consistent in fixing issues. Apartments are fine but nothing to write home about.
