I love it here and everyone is very nice. The only annoyance is that there tend to be a decent amount of maintenance needed in the units for how much we pay in rent. However, the amenities are wonderful.

I love living at JSol! I’ve lived in quite a few buildings over the years and each one was an issue for one reason or another: bad neighbors, bad building construction, etc. JSol is about as good as it gets: friendly neighbors, quality construction and appliances, and a friendly staff.

I've been a resident at JSOL since the building first opened, and have absolutely loved my time here. You really cannot beat the location, amenities, or staff (love you Patrick!) My pups and I are looking forward to many more years at JSOL.

I had no HVAC for 4 months (the entire summer) & the pipes are so poorly insulated that I hear every time my neighbors use their washing machine and it drains through my walls. Had to ask multiple times for the toilet paper holder to be repaired and it’s still broken.
