My experience with Jefferson Arbors
I lived in Jefferson Arbors about 3 years. I can honestly say it’s a pretty complex. The maintenance was responsive and the staff was always helpful and the community is very good I have 2 issue first one the safety is not like I expected I putted
our bike down stairs and second day I didn’t found them although I tied them with chain I don’t know how some one stole them
The second issue is biggest issue was that I did
before I left to assure I would get my deposit back. Before I leave I... cleaned everything but there is impact on the carpet from the bed and it’s normal I lived about 3 years and never moved the bed through this year when I move it I found small impact on the carpet that’s all I think it’s normal but After I moved out I got notice from a collection agency that I owed 803 $ and after they took a deposit I must pay 621 $ for them to replace the one room carpet. I shocked I clean every thing and I have photos that everything is ok why I must pay 621 it’s too much I talked to the office and tell them it’s from furniture it’s not damaged but no one help in this issue and no one response to my complaint …. my recommendation to anyone to move there but when they left they expect they will buy a lot even the apartment is clean and nothing happened I have yet to see a review saying somebody got their deposit back.
