Cats and dogs are welcome at our community! We allow two (2) pets per apartment. There is a one-time, refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per cat and $35 monthly pet rent per dog. A completed Pet Application along with a current picture of your pet(s) and veterinary records are required to add your pet(s) to the lease. Dogs categorized as aggressive breeds are not allowed and include but are not limited to: American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German

This is, hands down, the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Ms. J and the rest of the staff are super amazing and attentive to the residents. And the community events are always on point. Plus we get random food trucks stopping by every now and then and it is in a relatively convenient location.

I’ve only lived here for a few weeks now but so far I’m loving it! The community overall is very welcoming and friendly. I love how there is always something new happening

The leasing office is impeccable with their kindness and customer service. Very pet friendly apartment. Love that the building is green certified, so my utility bill is lower than usual. Gorgeous property that's kept up well. Maintenance turnaround service is quick. Worth the price you pay for your rent $. Wish I had moved here sooner.

The amenities were top-notch, the location was great, and the staff were communicative, friendly, and welcoming. Favorite place I’ve lived so far and it breaks my heart that I have to move away.
