Easy move in and getting everything setup prior for the utilities helped. Absolutely love it here, the amenities, location and its quiet. The leasing staff was helping and all very kind. Would definitely recommend the Charleston.

On the whole the community is lovely. Great location nice layouts . The pool is outdated and the clubhouse has no access on sundays The staff is always changing and has no follow up skills.

Great place to live very well. Taken care of maintenance team is excellent. We enjoy the pool and the gym. It’s a very safe place a nice place to take a walk
