Just my 2 cents proceed with caution. Trash pickup fee is mandatory when signing lease agreement, sometimes my trash is missed and I have to take my trash to the dumpster myself. People don’t pick up waste after their pets so don’t ever walk on the grass if you don’t want to be cleaning dog poop off your shoes.

I am new but based on the experience I have when I stay with my boyfriend temporarily and between the weekdays I love it here it's very peaceful I love the friendly animal environment the neighbor seem to be pretty peaceful and professional people it's not loud I do appreciate that

I love it here at The Terraces, I feel so safe & my apartment is the perfect size . The staff is AMAZING one of the best staff you could ask for for a rental property. My building & the surrounding buildings are quiet, there’s not a lot of traffic & everybody looks out for one another.

Overall the place is dated and poorly maintained, especially in comparison to newer properties opening up all over plantation. The rent price seems higher than the value.
