Parking is awful
Mail man is nice
Apartments are old and lots of insects.
Lots of black mold .
Dogs leave they waste everywhere and owners do not pick up.
Rental manager in rental assistant manager are very deceptive and they are not for the tenants.
They are very lazy, never on time, and do not repair things properly.

I love it here. I have a nice Lakeview and my neighbors don't complain about anything. We have a trash service, landscapers every week, and pest control. Very cozy and homie.

Great area to live by everything you need is close by. Maintenance is great and responsive. Rent is fairly priced. Could use permanent assigned spots for parking, sometimes you have to park far away from building you live. Landscaping service could be better they blow stuff right into your patio and gutters could be cleaned out and trimming from bushes also be raked out and picked up as well

My family and I have been residents at Lakepointe for the past seven months and are yet to encounter any major issues. All of our concerns have been dealt with promptly and with the utmost professionalism. Kim, Carolina and Valentina are always welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to make us feel at home. We love it here.
