I have lived in 4 other high rises in River North over the years, and West 77 has been the best by far. The staff (management, concierge and maintenance) is amazing. Any reasonable request I have has been attended to in a timely manner by EOB. Also, this is the only high rise thus far that exhibits a unique security: the fob entry is so secure no one can enter the building from outside without concierge permission. In other high rises, people can just walk into the lobby.
I give this place 10... out of 5 stars!!!

Awesome location in River North, the staff are all super friendly, the building has a solid gym, the rooftop is a lot of fun when the weather is nice (with multiple grills), and very fair pricing for the area.
