16 years and still love it here

I have lived at Parkshore Apts for 16 years.
The management team and maintenance team are the best yet. I renewed my lease in May. They actually called me to ask if I wanted any upgrades because I've been here awhile. They redid my bathroom....I love it!!
Amy and Louis are the best....

I would recommend... (Verified Renter)

I would recommend the community as it is in a great location, is a good sized apartment and is well appointed. I would be wary as I have had quite a lot of bugs in the unit though getting in under the baseboard.

It was the... (Verified Renter)

It was the perfect place but the rent is so high. And it increases every year. I don't u see stand how anyone could stay there a long period of time if over the course of five years, rent was increased by 250$ and no drastic improvements were made to an individual who's rent keeps going up.
