The affordability for the location and amenities are great. The staff offered a welcoming environment with a deal hard to pass up on. The application process was an easy and exciting experience. Beautiful pool with a nice gym, easy-to-find parking too. Loving my experience so far!

I moved here from New York and made a decision on this apartment from long distance, and when I got here, I was absolutely blown away at how exceptionally nice this apartment community is. I absolutely love it here and feel strongly that I have the best apartment in Charlotte.

More training to be more responsive so I don’t have to keep on asking. Keys to door, fob, lease, and check apartment for cleaning before move-in. Enforce the lease policies like excessive noise.

I was able to view this property and I must say it was stunning. I have been reluctant to believe what I see on websites and for once I was pleasantly surprised that it really correlated to what I saw. The view made things seem euphoric and with that combined with such a pleasant staff I really feel I have a new vision of what the standard of great living should be. Thank you for regaining my trust in luxury living.
