It comes fully stocked with serving ware, kitchen essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine. Seven well-appointed bedrooms, each with an attached private bathroom, comfortably sleep 16 guests with six luxurious king-size beds and four cozy twin bunks. Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a pool table, and a variety of indoor games.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged if waste beyond hair is found. A stand-up paddle board is available for rent at $200 per stay. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $75 and must be booked for the duration of your stay. The pool is closed seasonally from November to April.

Guests will enjoy complete access to the property with a secure door code provided 2 days before arrival. A digital guidebook with essential information and local recommendations will be provided upon booking confirmation.
