All Hat and no Cattle
Our lease is up in May and we won’t be renewing. At first everything was amazing, it was like living in a hotel. The pool is gorgeous and they have some truly impressive amenities like the lounge. With all that being said, things have gone downhill fast. First of all there is no parking. My husband had to park in a construction zone tonight just to get back to our apartment after running to the grocery store for 15 minutes. If you are parking after six in the evening best of luck to you sucker.... They put up paid parking after promising us that was not going to happen. Covered parking costs an additional $60-$80 bucks a month so......no.
The worst thing has been the group of college kids that moved in above us. They throw parties almost every weekend and even on some week nights. When they aren’t partying they are moving furniture in the dead of night. Our kids won’t even sleep in their own beds anymore because the noise scares them. We’ve complained, other neighbors have complained, we even recently had to call the police but the office always responds that they will talk with them.
The saving grace of this place was the office staff and now we have heard that several of them are leaving/ being replaced. We are literally counting the days until our lease is up and we can run away as fast as we can.
