We do not allow the following aggressive breeds/mixes at our communities, including, but not limited to: Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Carnario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bulls (Also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Bull Terrier). Any aquarium tank over 50 gallons is prohibited.
We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home. Non-Refundable Pet Fees are $400 for 1 pet or $600+ for 2 pets. Pet Rent is $25/monthly per pet.

The overall experience in Avion is a pleasant experience. The management are here if you have any concerns and I love the peaceful community.

My husband and I toured with Irene last week shortly after the storm. Her energy was great despite the chaos I’m sure she was experiencing. The property did not seem to sustain much damage and they, unlike most of Houston, actually had electricity! This really stood out to us as we continued or apartment search. We plan to take a second look before making a final decision.

Cortland Avion Shadow Creek is a nice community to live in. The management team make sure that the residents are comfortable not only in their homes, but around the area as well. They are prompt with with repairs and answering any question you may have.
