I had a great experience with the staff and overall moving experience. I love living here. It’s very peaceful and the view from the dog Park at night is beautiful! Everyone that lives here that I have met is very friendly. I feel very Safe, and at peace living here.

I have been a long time resident of Agora and have been dissatisfied with the management from the previous two property management companies. This new team with Greystar has changed all that. They are very communicative , professional and truly care about the property. I wish they had been managing our complex these past 5years I have been living here!

Agora Stone Oak is quiet and clean, when people clean up after their pets. The workers are nice and make sure that our community is presentable. If you have any issues, the maintenance team works very well in making sure they get resolved.

Lack of communication

I went to the office to moved out and ask for the balance they gave it to me on a paper, I payed it after I moved out they reach out to me telling me that I owed more money and it was a miss communication in their end, I told them I am not paying for their mistakes and they send me to collection.

Been a tenant a long time. No complaints. Very nice complex. But management has changed several times... not a major issue but payment systems have changed with new management teams and was sometimes confusing on how to pay rent.
