the overall vibe of the community is a 5. it’s very quiet and peaceful. I’ve struggled with a pest issue since a few months into moving in back in 2023. Someone always says they’re gonna help but i never hear back from anyone. ????

Hi there, my husband and I have now been here for 9yrs. It is a great complex. The maintenance and staff are great, very nice and well educated people. They are always on point. Great Job McKenna for keeping this complex above and beyond our expectations. If your looking for a place to live, look no further Parc at Wallstreet gots you ?? ??

I have been living at Parc for almost three years now and I love this place. From 24/7 gym to the pool to the great maintenance staff! If you need any kind of maintenance it’ll be done by the next day.

Really bad roach issue and when we talk to the leasing office they say they will take care of it but when they do it is a very poor job and the roaches are never gone
