River House has been the best apartment complex my partner and I have ever lived at! The location is spectacular and convenient. It's been a great year! The complex has always offered wonderful tenant opportunities to get to know one another, enjoy the amenities like the pool, business center and the gym to name a few. Monthly events take place which also offer experiences such as local dining venues or chances to visit newly opened small businesses to support the area.

Love it. Having a great time so far. The proximity to the river is amazing. I have saved so much money on gas because i drive a truck and bought a bike to get around instead. Loving it.
