The holiday party was nice but it doesn't make up for having a temporary concierge until the package lockers go in, a lobby destroyed right before the holidays, ridiculous rent increases, a new app to let us in the building that has a 2 star rating on the app store, constantly broken garage doors, and unjustified amenity fees.

Based on past feedback, our previous package management system presented challenges for many residents which is why we’re introducing a new, highly recommended system from a top-tier company that serves numerous premier communities.
As for rent increases and amenity fees, our goal is to remain transparent while continuing to enhance services and deliver value to our residents. Please note that rent adjustments are aligned with current market trends.
