Love calling Concord my home. The location, staff, amenities and service. Everything.
My only concern is with the rent increase each time I have to renew my lease. It deters renters from establishing stability. It would be good if the leasing staff came up with better/more cost effective lease renewals. That is if they truly believe in building a consistent and stable community, like they claim.

I really like living here. The staff is great and I love the amenities, especially having an indoor pool and fitness classes. The location is also great, it's easy to get anywhere.

An initial review as we have recently moved into Concord Crystal City. The move-in process was smooth, the leasing office and reception teams have both been great. Amenities are what we were sold on and they are living up to it.

The community is good i just hope that we could have small restaurants around the building. Overall everything seems good. The swimming pool is clean but not too warm
